Terms of Service

Welcome to GrowGood. GrowGood is a product of Eureka Technologies Inc. ("Eureka Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Nova Scotia, Canada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GrowGood at growgood.ca and our related apps and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using GrowGood, you agree to these Terms and are entering into a contract with Eureka Technologies Inc.

1. Who can use GrowGood

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create a GrowGood parent account. Children use the Service only under a parent or guardian's account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Merchant of Record and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. Paddle is the authorized reseller of GrowGood subscriptions and provides all customer service inquiries, handles billing, invoicing, sales tax collection and remittance, chargebacks, and returns. When you purchase a GrowGood subscription, your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, while your contract for use of the Service is with Eureka Technologies Inc.

Payment terms, billing, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. For any payment, invoice or refund inquiry, contact Paddle at paddle.net.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts include a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial.
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the plan price you selected.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices shown may exclude local sales tax (GST/HST/VAT). The final total is calculated by Paddle at checkout.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with GrowGood, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid charge. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use GrowGood for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates another person's rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload content that is abusive, discriminatory, or harmful — especially content that targets children.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

7. Your content

You own the data you put into GrowGood (family info, tasks, rewards, logs). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you. We will not sell your data.

8. Service changes

We're actively improving GrowGood. Features may be added, changed, or removed. If we make a material change that reduces core functionality, we'll notify you.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. On termination, your family data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

GrowGood is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular parenting outcome. GrowGood is a tool — decisions about your family remain yours.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowGood and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia, unless local law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we'll notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
